By Susan J. Campbell, TMCnet Contributing Editor
The idea of faxing over a Voice over Internet Protocol connection opens up a world of connectivity possibilities for a wide variety of industries. Sagem-Interstar is one company leading the pack on solutions that are designed to meet the growing needs within these and other industries and deliver IP fax and document management solutions companies of today need for tomorrow.
To get the word out to a bigger audience, Sagem-Interstar (News - Alert) is taking advantage of the opportunities at ITEX 2010, a hybrid dealer event in Las Vegas. Set to take place March 3 and 4, this event is designed to provide hybrid dealers with an opportunity to exhibit, demonstrate and network to promote their offerings and new technologies in a competitive market.
Hybrid dealers are those who provider integrated offerings of hardware, software and services to become a single-source provider for their customers. In its 10th year, ITEX is an annual cross-mixed office technology tradeshow. All tools are meant to engage dealers in changing or widening portfolios with the right mix that brings in profits.
Sagem-Interstar will exhibit at ITEX 2010 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, North Hall 1 in booth 149. Attendees can learn more about the company’s OpenLine solution, a secure, interoperable, out-of-the-box ready production fax server for unified communications.
Sagem-Interstar claimed the spotlight at TMCnet’s ITEXPO (News - Alert) East 2010. The French firm's exhibit booth showcased the recently launched XMediusFAX Release 6.5 FoIP server software suite, which offers auto-healing capabilities in high availability and disaster recovery scenarios, capable of running inside aCisco Integrated Services Router and Application eXtension Platform.
