Conexant Systems (News - Alert) Inc., a provider of audio and imaging technologies, has announced a new line of low-power, VoIP-enhanced fax modem chips: the CX95710 (a data pump solution) and the CX95810 (an AT command device). Both chips are designed to support the growing demand for VoIP network solutions and both offer advanced low power modes that exceed Energy Star 2.0 requirements. These chips are meant to reduce carbon footprints, conserve resources and minimize environmental impact - all while lowering operating costs.
