VoIP Review: IP Faxing can Improve Businesses in 2013

Increasingly, business owners are replacing their traditional faxing with IP faxing and are seeing it as a green alternative. VoIP Review has announced several ways in which IP faxing can improve businesses in 2013.
The eco-friendly IP faxing system eliminates the need for physical fax machine and users do not have to invest on ink or paper. VoIP Review’s officials said that users can still send the IP fax to a traditional fax machine but it is more time and cost effective to send it over the Internet.
With IP faxing, users can receive faxes via their email. Thanks to this, users can access their faxes via their smartphones, computers, laptops and also tablets. Additionally, users receive an alert when they receive a fax, so faxes do not go unnoticed or ignored.
Company officials said that it’s more convenient to send faxes through IP fax system over the Internet to the recipient's email address or physical fax machine. And, users have constant access to their inbound faxes.
Additionally, multiple faxes can use the same lines simultaneously as IP faxing uses the Internet to send and receive data. Company officials said that with IP faxing, there are no busy signals, system errors or failed messages. IP faxing may also reduce the likelihood of misplaced or lost faxes.
Moreover with IP faxing, faxes are electronically stored on the computer, automatically. Company officials said that this eliminates the need to copy and scan documents to get electronic access.
Recently, VoIP Review, in observance of National Aviation Week, listed the ways in which travelers can make the world a smaller place, even while on the go, with VoIP providers.
