The SIP Forum (News - Alert) has opened Call for Presentations for the third annual SIP Network Operators Conference (SIPNOC 2013), being held in Herndon, VA, April 22 -25, 2013.

The SIP Forum is an IP communications industry association that engages in numerous activities that promote and advance SIP-based technology, such as the development of industry recommendations, the SIPit (News - Alert) and SIPconnect-IT interoperability and testing events, special interoperability workshops, educational seminars, and general promotion of SIP in the industry.

The educational conference would focus on the challenges and opportunities related to the deployment of SIP-based carrier services globally.
