Each year, the International Telecoms Week (ITW) sets up a meeting point for the wholesale telecommunications community to exhibit their products and solutions in an array of breakfast, lunch and cocktail receptions.
This year iQsim, a provider of SIM solutions designed for the enterprise, developed a Call Center Solution for businesses that are not only focused on cost, and has also decided to take advantage of this opportunity and display its SIM server platform and virtual technologies, like its IRON Suite.
iQsim’s Hosted IRON Suite software and services are designed for small- to medium-sized VoIP GSM call-termination networks that allow organizations to have access to all its features, including the SIM Manager, Call Manager, SQL database and Web servers. At ITW attendees will be able to see just how easy it is to implement and manage.
All a user has to do is place their SIM cards in the central site with a basic IP address, and they can start the operation in one day. The gateways will be spread out and the SIM cards will be virtually assigned to the GSM ports that they hold. The IRON Suite can be accessed to configure the system, as well as manage the networks and make calls. Here are a few of the features that it includes:
SIM CONTROL:
- Advanced price plan control for any country
- Prepaid SIM Management with IVR, SMS, USSD or SIM transfer
- SIM Usage control per call and per time
SIM PROTECTION:
- SIM card ratio service control
- I/O calls and SMS Simulation features
- SIM VoiceMail ratio control
- Web dashboard to manage events
SIM ROUTING:
- Real-time SIM selection management
- Dynamic auto-learning & manual blacklisting, whitelisting and greylisting control
- White and grey routes management
- FAS control including powerful provider announcement detection
- Central CDR storage and management
