ITEXPO Supports your Quality Monitoring Needs

By Chris DiMarco, TMCnet Managing Editor

Customer service makes the world go round, and this year’s ITEXPO (News - Alert) East in Miami has a bevy of technologies and vendors that are sure to keep the wheels of commerce properly greased. Whether it’s a new PX telephony system, virtual call center software or workforce management, your company can find exactly what it needs to keep customers happy and your operation in tip top condition.

When we talk about the tenets of really good customer service, there’s one item on the list that stands above all other things. Your agents. You can have all the newest technology in the world, but if your agents aren’t hitting the mark it’s all for naught. Quality monitoring and call recording are some of the best ways to improve your teams, plus they help your organizations meet industry compliance standards. There are several vendors offering call recording support at this year’s ITEXPO, each with its own focus in the space.

At booth 307, Majuda will be showing off its 100 percent web-based call recording platform, which allows users to record and play back instances that occur over IP, digital and analog phone systems. If you have multiple supervisors you need to provide access to call records for quality monitoring and agent performance spot checks, it’s worth taking a look at Majuda’s web based options.

If you like the option to customize your solution then OrecX’s open sourced call recording platform may be the way to go. Providing both hosted and appliance based options, the software engineer-friendly call recording offerings of OrecX may work better for a smaller call center operation that really needs to define what they want their recording platform to do. The company will set up at booth 900.

SIP Print (News - Alert) offers support for enterprises and may be the way to go if you have a larger operation of 200+ seats. The company’s products are all appliances, which adds much needed security for an enterprise that’s reluctant to house call recordings in the cloud. SIP print will be at booth 513.

Call recording offers call center admins a window into what their agents are doing and an option to tweak practices to meet current compliance standards as needed. Obviously, this is an essential tool for any call center. So if you’re looking to upgrade an existing system, or you’re just getting your feet wet in the call center market, there are a number of call recording vendors that will be present at ITEXPO.
