After speaking with predictive dialer manufacturer
, OPC Marketing’s President, Michael Henochowicz in a recent TMCnet interview, it’s evident that the company is increasingly aware of what the economy has done to every industry, including the call center and customer relationship management, or “CRM,” industries.
With many of its customers facing monetary hardships, enlisting the help of OPC’s services can be difficult if a company needs to scale back on its budget, in order to balance the economic recession. However, Henochowicz said that, with OPC’s new promotion, companies can utilize the company’s systems in a cost effective manner.
“Doesn’t matter what the company’s name is,” Henochowicz said, “they’re all looking to save money.” And, with OPC’s new monthly special – Two for One – companies can get as many systems as they need, for half the cost.
In the past, OPC has offered other promotions as a way to increase customer traffic, and cater to companies looking to get the systems they need, at the right price. In September, the company offered a “cash for clunkers
” promotion, whereby a company could trade in an older SpitFire Predictive Dialer system for a credit towards a new system. That way, users could benefit from an older, dated system, to upgrade and improve operations and performance.
With this new promotion, when a company buys a minimum of four agents within the OPC product portfolio, they get another four absolutely free.
According to Henochowicz, this specific promotion runs every July and December, and has historically drawn great results.
“When we had [the promotion] in July, the response was incredible,” Henochowicz said. “For our current customers, it’s a great time to upgrade, which they’re trying to do, and [the promotion] makes it very cost effective.”
And, new companies looking to branch out and try a new system can benefit from the promotion as well.
“Anybody looking for systems – this is an incredible time – because our systems are usually incredibly well priced and cheaper than the competition,” he added.
