Predictive dialer manufacturer OPC Marketing
was recently selected by TMC
as a recipient of the 2008 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award for the company's so-called "SpitFire Open Interface" offering.
The award is presented to companies with innovative products for voice, data and video communications and who have demonstrated a vision, leadership and attention to detail that distinguish the offerings among others in the marketplace.
OPC’s SpitFire Open Interface is designed to make it easy to integrate the company’s SpitFire Predictive Dialer application with third-party applications.
SpitFire Predictive Dialer, a computer-based dialing system, places outbound calls via database interaction and delivers answered calls to agents in an effort to achieve the most efficient use of resources.
This ease removes the need to understand API’s or write custom code to achieve integration, while also improving overall integration time.
Integration with third party applications that are both Web-based and desktop orientated is made possible with the SpitFire Open Interface architecture. Some of the company’s growing list of successful integrations includes ACT, Microsoft (News
) CRM, Win Touch, Leads360, SalesForce and Xware.
“We are proud to distinguish the greatest achievements in the advancement of communications technologies in 2008,” said TMC (News
) President Rich Tehrani. “These companies have proven they are dedicated to quality and excellence while addressing real needs in the marketplace.”
This month, the company is also extending a ‘Buy One, Get One’ semi-annual promotion for their Spitfire Predictive Dialer (SPD) Systems to allow current customers a chance to upgrade their existing SPD systems cost-effectively and providing customers starting up a call center the chance to buy necessary technology while also saving on costs.
