Konecta Brazil Achieves Success with Altitude Solutions

Global provider of omnichannel solutions Altitude Software (News - Alert) recently helped Konecta Brazil, a provider of contact center outsourcing solutions, attain excellent performance in debt collection campaigns. In particular, Konecta Brazil implemented the Altitude uCI customer interaction management suite, which provides all the functionality necessary to efficiently pursue debt collection.


This announcement comes shortly after the release of the Altitude Strategy Center, a tool designed to offer complete, real-time control of outbound marketing efforts. Konecta also began using Altitude Strategy Center recently, allowing it to maximize success rates for its outbound campaigns, while improving customer experience.

In addition, Konecta uses Altitude Call Classifier to further enhance its overall operations. The solution enables Altitude vBox IP switch to operate more effectively, increasing call volume by 30 to 40 percent without degrading operational quality.

“Altitude is a global partner of Konecta. We were aware of the positive results of the Altitude solution being used by Konecta in Spain and, after a detailed analysis, we decided to go with that solution,” said Rogério Queiroz, operations manager for Konecta Brazil. “Our goal was not only to adopt the Altitude dialer but also other modules that could help optimize our debt collection campaigns and help us achieve competitive advantages in the market.”

Konecta has been using Altitude solutions since it began operating in Brazil in 2013. As such, Altitude was the natural choice of provider when Konecta found it needed a powerful solution that would provide functionality from the IP switch to call recording, to a powerful dialer optimized for debt collection campaigns.

In only two months of operation at Konecta Brazil, Altitude uCI has fully automated operations, optimizing the use of existing resources and achieving higher business performance. Because of this, roughly 300 agents are able to make two million debt collection calls per day, with excellent success rates and improved agent satisfaction.
