As evidenced by the seemingly 24/7 coverage of presidential hopeful Donald Trump and others, it would seem the 2016 election campaign cycle is well underway in the U.S. As such, campaign pollsters are gearing up for what looks to be a “busy time,” to say the least.
To that end, one company has just rolled out a new service to help campaign calls run more efficiently.
Dialing Innovations (DI) has announced a new marketing and broadcast messaging service that automates “the most challenging aspects of communication for political campaigns by offering a more effective and efficient connection to voters from hosted and remote locations,” the company said in a statement.
“Our telecommunication technologies and software have helped thousands of businesses improve their communication process and practices while significantly decreasing their costs,” said Josh VonHauger, co-founder of Dialing Innovations. “We can also provide political campaigns the same benefits along with the customized personal communication that is more affordable and effective than any of our competitors.”
DI has combined what it describes as an industry-leading predictive dialer with an auto-dialer that includes easy-to-use features designed to deliver the most successful and convenient communication at the lowest cost.
“One feature includes remote campaign access that allows anyone to sign up to be a campaigner, giving volunteers multiple ways to deliver messages and collect donations from any phone device. Another feature connects political calls to a live person from any location or an answering machine while contacting thousands of people instantly,” the company said.
DI says it provides direct voice campaigns with political dialer and election technology that includes direct transfers of live constituents to operators and touch-tone “calls to action” as well as tracking reports and analytical data. Remote campaign users have the same access to the technologies, applications and automation as the hosted direct voice campaign.
The benefits are obvious: “As a candidate or political consultant, you can record your own voice message from anywhere in minutes, target geographical regions, and have thousands of voters hear your message within 24 hours,” said VonHauger.
