CirTech Gets a Boost from Noble Systems for Its Contact Center Solution

We’ve come a long way in the contact center space. Gone are the days of working off paper lead sheets while adhering to the latest rules and regulations. Software solutions have taken the guesswork out of how and when agents contact prospects and current customers, and because technology is ever-changing, we’re seeing a lot of companies evolving with the times.
