Upcoming New Dialer from Integrated Reporting Is Simple

There’s a new product coming for phone center dialers that might make everyone’s job easier. IRIS (Integrated Reporting is Simple), a leading transaction and sales automation platform for the payments industry, has announced plans for an upcoming release of a new IRIS Dialer. Deployed as a Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) package, IRIS provides Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) with robust reporting tools that enable transaction-tracking as well as lead and sales pipeline management.


The new dialer intends to completely replace traditional phone systems used with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform services, shifting these functions to the employees’ computer or workstation and adding more functionality. The new dialer is a VoIP application, centralizing all features and integrating them with other aspects of IRIS’s CRM platform.

Alongside established functions such as voicemail services and multi-line conference calls, the new dialer will provide a means of recording and easily playing back conversations with prospective clients as well as one-click calling from the Lead Form. Voicemails and call histories will now be accessible to any IRIS clients anywhere, instead of being locked into a particular phone system. It does not even require that the client be signed in to IRIS to access this information.

“Our goal has always been to offer IRIS clients superior functions that will lead to superior business growth for them,” said Dimitri Akhrin, President of IRIS. “Here at IRIS, we know that first client call is crucial – once it is released, we anticipate our new IRIS Dialer feature will help make that process more practical and successful.”

CRM services also include calendar functions, marketing automation (including email templates) and electronic signatures. This is part of a larger IRIS ecosystem designed for ISOs that also includes merchant boarding, transaction services including portfolio overview, drill down menus, card lookup and merchant statement lookup, a help desk, financial services such as residuals, one-time payments, profit and loss statements and custom user profiles and value-added integrations including First Deploy, Apriva, Datawire, Authorize.net, BridgePay, ControlScan, Global eTelecom ACH, CareerBuilder and iContact.

The company has yet to say specifically when the new Dialer will be made available.
