Rostrvm Solutions (News - Alert), a provider of contact center software, has entered into a partnership with Aquira Ltd., a direct marketing services firm, to provide their U.K. clients with end-to-end outsourced sales service. According to the companies, this is the first of such service in the U.K.
With its investment in the rostrvm outbound dialing platform, Aquira will look to support sales and marketing teams in delivering the right message from its Sales Lab. Moreover, this partnership will create around 420 jobs in Glasgow.
These jobs will mainly be in consumer and business-to-business sale domains. Also, Aquira clients will receive in-house, managed dialer services across numerous sites and channels.
The Rostrvm outbound predictive dialer, which is platform independent, is designed to support structured, multimedia automated outbound communication, enabling users to meet commitments to their customers and stay in touch. It provides features such as predictive dialing, progressive dialing, and preview dialing.
Ken Reid of Rostrvm Solutions explained, “The rostrvm system includes sophisticated campaign and list management tools to complement Aquira’s high-quality data model, to ensure that the right people are called at the right time. This means there are no more endless ‘blind’ re-dials with the associated risks, wasted time and effort. rostrvm also delivers comprehensive performance data, allowing Aquira to manage and measure business success.”
Recently, the company appointed Calogero Sapia, an industry veteran with over ten years experience in customer support. Sapia is expected add fresh new perspectives to the company’s business strategies and help its customers to improve their offerings.
