Nexogy, a hosted communications solutions provider, and Sytel (News - Alert) Limited, a vendor of contact center software with predictive dialing, have entered entered into a partnership to offer enhanced features and functionality with a new outbound call center solution.
Officials with Nexogy said that the offering provides businesses with a complete cloud-based call center solution with centralized management.
"One of the areas of rapid change in the contact center is the growth of diversified media services that provide all-in-one offerings, ranging from IP-based telephony through email, SMS, instant chat, video and the latest integrated web services," said Carlos Lahrssen, CEO, Nexogy, in a statement. "By adding Sytel's outbound call center services, we back our commitment to bringing our partners and customers the latest, most advanced call center technologies available.”
Nexology will add key features to its call center that include predictive dialer, which automatically calls multimple contacts and connects calls with available agents, reducing the amount of time that agents waste while sitting on the phone waiting for a caller to answer. It will also add agent scripting to deliver consistent messages and real-time reporting, which will include personalized dashboards and real time statistics on campaigns and queues.
"We're happy to bring our support and predictive dialer technology to Nexogy's suite of existing services. Sytel brings unbeatable productivity dialing under FTC/ FCC (News - Alert) regulation to customers who want the best in predictive dialing while staying strictly within the rules for silent calls,” said Mike McGowan, vice president of sales, North America, Sytel.
Earlier in December, Nexogyand Sling Broadband, one of the country’s fastest growing fixed wireless and wireless service providers, had announced a technology partnership that provides a unique blend of hosted voice and high-speed wireless access.

For customers, the partnership guarantees five-9s uptime and reliability (99.999 percent), as well as more flexible and secure networks. The solution also replaces the need for traditional T1s, which are the more expensive, less reliable, and do not guarantee as strong of service level agreements.
