Confirmit (News - Alert), a global software provider for customer experience, employee engagement and market research, has revealed that InVADE, a robust predictive dialer, is now fully integrated with the Confirmit Horizons CATI.

This seamless integration follows the creation of the Open Dialer API released within the Confirmit Horizons V17 earlier in 2012, which enables dialer vendors to quickly and reliably interface with Confirmit.

The collaboration between InVADE and Confirmit will allow Confirmit customers running large scale call center operations to incorporate InVADE as their dialer vendor and to benefit from high levels of interviewer productivity in the CATI environment. Moreover, Confirmit customers will be able to leverage the InVADE dialer using the Confirmit CATI system at the same time as other CATI solutions, allowing for easy migration to the Confirmit CATI platform.

The Confirmit Open Dialer API is a modern interface that supports high volume CATI environments with the functionality needed to control several hundred CATI seats from a single location, as well as remote call centers and home workers.

“The InVADE technical team has done an excellent job of integrating their dialer with our CATI system,” said Pat Molloy, chief strategy officer at Confirmit, in a statement.

Molloy commented that the Open Dialer API was intended to encourage dialer vendors to interface with the Confirmit CATI platform allowing the customers to select their preferred solution.
