Unified contact center technology solutions provider Noble Systems has successfully completed the acquisition of TelStar Hosted (News - Alert) Services, a cloud-based provider of blended services, predictive dialers, automated voice messaging, and more.

As per the terms of this acquisition, TelStar Hosted will offer Noble Systems' (News - Alert) cloud-based and hybrid premises/cloud solutions through its proven sales and strategic account support staff.

TelStar Hosted CEO James P. Dunn, a longtime executive at various technology and telecommunications firms, will become an integral part of Noble Systems, in order to lead client onboarding and transition efforts.

TelStar offers Communication-as-a-Service via the cloud that is affordable, scalable, flexible, stable and reliable. This further helps clients to save money and allows them to focus on their core business.

The predictive dialer powered by TelStar fully automates the manual dialing process by choosing a number, dialing the number, listening to busy signals, wrong numbers or answering machines, and leaving messages. The software helps to increase call success rate by 200 to 400 percent.
