Predictive Dialer Provider Noble Systems Unveils Two Key Appointments

By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

Noble Systems (News - Alert) Corporation, a provider of unified contact center technology solutions such as ACD and a predictive dialer, recently has restructured its senior client management team with two new appointments.

Henry Danser will now be the vice president of Sales in the Western Region, while Mark Morrissey will serve as vice president of Strategic Accounts.

In their new roles, both Danser and Morrissey will focus on “strategic alignment for enterprise clients to help them improve bottom-line profitability as well as top-line revenue growth,” the company said in a press release.

“We’re dedicated to providing senior-level strategic support to our clients, regardless of their location,” stated Chris Hodges, senior vice president of Sales at Noble Systems. “Adding talent like Mark and Henry signals our strong commitment to proactively serving enterprise accounts.”

Established in 1989, the company delivers contact center solutions for inbound, outbound and blended communications. Some its key offerings include unified contact processing and integrated IVR, recording, messaging, quality/monitoring systems, scripting, and real-time reporting and management tools.

Prior to his role with Noble Systems, Danser held various executive sales positions in national and international contact center firms. Moving forward, his team will oversee sales and strategic client support in 18 western states.

“I’m excited to join the fast-growing team at Noble Systems,” added Danser. “The innovative solution suite and company-wide commitment to customer service made this a simple choice. I look forward to bringing my experience and abilities to Noble Systems.”

Morrissey brings several years of experience in broad technology sales and management including executive-level leadership in the contact center space. In his new role, he will deliver expert insight for clients, ensuring alignment between product performance and overall organizational goals.

In October of last year, TMCnet reported that Noble Systems had acquired Open Wave, a company that specializes in Workforce Management (WFM) software and solutions. During the same period, the company also introduced Noble Enterprise Hosted, a cloud-based offering that provides multiple functions in a single, unified platform.
