Ytel Predictive Dialer to Be Used in 2012 U.S. Political Race

By Jamie Epstein, TMCnet Web Editor

YTEL, a provider of enterprise call center software, has revealed that a global marketing agency has recently chosen the company’s predictive dialer, as well as its voice broadcast and SIP trunking products to get the word out about political candidates across three contact centers located around the world.

Prior to deciding on implementing Ytel’s solutions, the company was using premise-based equipment in their call centers located in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Europe. However, the equipment was very expensive and needed to constantly be updated. By selecting Ytel, the marketing agency can now easily and fully manage all of its technology systems and lower the total cost of ownership, according to a press release.

The company is involved in the 2012 United States political season through the deliverance of the "Get Out The Vote (GOTV)" voice broadcast solutions that are being created for political clients Ytel is associated with.

Additionally, some of the functionalities that Ytel provides are the routing of incoming and outbound calls through the Ytel carrier network, licensed Cisco (News - Alert) Certified Internetwork Experts (CCIE) that have the ability to analyze and figure out problems quickly, various service offerings such as predictive dialers, hosted dialers, voice broadcast, and Sip Trunking and live technical support that boast customer satisfaction scores of over 90 percent, the release stated.

"Ytel has always been a great solution for marketing agencies. In fact, many of our team members have direct marketing experience from past positions at leading marketing firms. This experience has had a direct impact on the design and delivery of our technology providing our customer with solutions that are not only affordable but very competitive," said Paul Jarman, Ytel director of operations. "In addition, by combining our marketing and creative teams with our engineering teams, our predictive dialer, voice broadcast, and SIP trunking solutions are both easy and powerful tools that can be deployed in our cloud-based telephone carrier network."
