Vocalocity (News - Alert), a provider of VoIP services for small businesses, has launched a new microsite to provide customers with all the video content they need to get up to speed with the company and their offerings.
The new VocalocityFLIX site brings together videos with company and product overviews, customer testimonials, and more.
According to David Politis, executive vice president and general manager at Vocalocity, the use of video is far more effective for telling a story to an audience.
"We created VocalocityFLIX as a central place where customers, prospects and new employees can come to learn more about Vocalocity, VoIP, and hosted PBX (News - Alert), while also being able to hear first-hand accounts of customer experiences working with Vocalocity," Politis said. "It's like our own version of Hulu (News - Alert) for video content across all our channels in the organization."
In addition to the current content, the company also said it plans to add training videos and demos to the new microsite to offer self-service support and training.
The company’s business VoIP phone system for SMBs offers a hosted PBX to reduce costs and adds a number of valuable features for businesses including an auto attendant, unified inbox, call forwarding, emergency services, and more.
A VendorGuru.com white paper, “Discover the value of Vocalocity's hosted VoIP solution,” highlights the ways small and medium businesses can save money and valuable IT resources using Vocalocity’s VoIP technology.
