Pharmaceutical Company Selects Callidus Software's Sales Performance Management and Coaching Solution

Callidus Software (News - Alert), a provider of Sales Performance Management (SPM) software has revealed that a leading pharmaceutical company has selected its performance management and coaching solution to drive efficiency within its global sales organization.


With this customer win, Callidus Software now provides its sales performance management and coaching solution to the top five pharmaceutical companies in the world, company officials said.

Callidus Software's Monaco SPM suite and Forcelogix Coaching solution are offered as part of Callidus Cloud, a complete SaaS (News - Alert) suite designed to help businesses drive more effective selling at each stage of the sales talent lifecycle.

Under the terms of this multi-year deal signed in the fourth quarter of 2011, Callidus will offer its ForceLogix Sales Coaching solution and Monaco On Demand SPM suite to that pharmaceutical company which will assist its salespeople in maximizing transaction size, increasing sales speed, and improving the predictability of their sales results.

"With the increasing shifts in go to market strategies in primary care, specialty, and managed markets, ongoing sales coaching and training is becoming a critical investment for the pharmaceutical sales force," said Leslie Stretch, president & CEO, Callidus Software, in a statement.
