Performance Management and Coaching Provider Envision to Host Multiple Educational Events

Envision, a provider of a wide portfolio of contact center solutions including performance management and coaching solutions has revealed plans to participate in a series of presentations that will be heavily focused upon best practices within contact center environments.


First on the roster, Jim Walker, business development manager at Envision will be in Huntersville, North Carolina on October 12 to highlight how crucial targeted coaching is in order to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and increase revenue in a session entitled, “When Self Service is Not Enough." Titled “Integrating Social Media into your Quality Program,” the session has been created to share insight from Smith’s personal experience with working with leading contact centers.
