Aspect (News - Alert) Software, a provider of customer contact, workforce optimization and back-office solutions, is all set to grow and increase its market leadership. The company has added a new North America channel partner, Waterfield Technologies, a specialist in voice and mobile customer interaction solutions.
"Waterfield's full range of on-premise and on-demand delivery solutions and their deep experience designing and implementing mobile and telecommunication solutions for diverse industries will deliver financial growth for both companies and improve the customer experience for our end customers," Tom Shepherd, vice president, Worldwide Channel and Alliance Sales, Aspect said in a statement.
Known for optimizing voice and mobile interactions, Waterfield's offerings address the growing need for companies to automate, integrate and personalize their customer relationships. By joining as Aspect’s Channel partner, Waterfield will now start offering Aspect's full suite of customer contact and workforce optimization solutions and expand its capabilities to optimize its clients operations.
"Our customers are demanding more when it comes to speed, quality and efficiency in the contact center,” said John Marino, chief executive officer at Waterfield Technologies. “The integrated capabilities that Aspect's Interaction Management and Workforce Optimization solutions offer strengthen our portfolio and enable us to grow our business and capture new opportunities.”
Earlier in June 2013, Aspect entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Voxeo (News - Alert) Corporation. Aspect and Voxeo signed a revolutionary agreement to make an unbeatable team keeping in mind the Omni-channel customer experience. Voxeo is a vendor of IVR platforms and IVR hosting for enterprises, call centers, and IVR developers. As a Voxeo Master Reseller, Waterfield has developed custom business applications on Voxeo's carrier-grade platform.
