SugarCRM Intros Partner Program, Extends Open Source CRM Systems

With a busy February and March underway, open source CRM provider, SugarCRM (News - Alert), seems to be evolving into a mainstream go-to platform for any and all business CRM needs.

 
Keeping that in mind, the company just announced a new Open+ Partner Program, extending its channel program to provide additional value for open source CRM channel partners.
 
Jeff Campbell, vice president of worldwide sales at SugarCRM, said that Open+ creates even more distance between SugarCRM’s award-winning channel program and those of other CRM providers.
 
“SugarCRM offers unmatched value for VARs looking to build sustainable revenue streams in the Cloud,” Campbell said.
 
With Open+ Partner program, SugarCRM aims to expand its market reach by empowering its channel partners with a wider variety of incentives and resources to deliver open source CRM and accompanying systems to customers around the world. 
 
Company officials said that the Open+ Partner program delivers more value and revenue opportunities to new and existing SugarCRM VAR and reseller partners.
 
These opportunities include a market development program that provides SugarCRM channel partners with expertise and resources for business planning, business development activities, event execution, market positioning and sales delivery.
 
Additionally, it offers greater access and support for SugarCRM’s open cloud platform and enables technology to help build, manage and maintain next-generation cloud solutions for customers, company officials said in a recent release.
 
What’s more, a new referral program that rewards partners for each qualified lead referred to SugarCRM, new customer reference program to spotlight partner success stories and aid the sales engagement process, are all added benefits to the partner program, which is sure to open communication lines for companies across the globe.  
 
And, apparently, it’s worked.
 
“Our partnership with SugarCRM has been the foundation of our revenue growth, and we are excited to take that growth to the next level with the benefits provided with Open+” said Doug Guilbeau, managing director at Levementum, a SugarCRM Gold Partner. 
 
 
Last month, Drishti-Soft Solutions, a communications technologies provider for next-generation enterprises, announced that it integrated its Ameyo contact center software with SugarCRM.
