Open source CRM software provider SugarCRM offers companies of all sizes a cost effective, flexible alternative to proprietary applications. Each month, the company picks a project featured on the community to highlight as a winner. The winners are selected based on the quality of the project’s code, its overall usefulness as a SugarCRM (News - Alert) extension, and its activity.

 

This month, MyCRM GmBH, an open source and SaaS systems integrator, was chosen for the Project of the Month award for their Connector Tool for Google (News - Alert) Calendar.

 

The Connector Tool allows SugarCRM users to integrate business activities within Google Calendar. This means users can blend all of their business and personal activities within SugarCRM into one vide in Google Calendar – increasing their efficiency and helping to improve customer’s service levels.

Using the Connector Tool for Google Calendar scheduling activities with customers and others is much easier and using NuevaSync and Google Mobile, the Connector Tool can also push Google Calendar events to a user’s iPhone.

 

MyCRM GmbH also recently released another Connector that integrates SugarCRM with Dimdim’s Web conferencing platform to provide users with access to cost efficient enterprise Web conferencing and CRM.
