Free Webinar from SugarCRM: Harnessing the Power of Mobile CRM

A panel of experts this week is hosting a free Webinar to discuss the way that customer relationship management is being translated to mobile phones, devices with smaller screens and generally slower Internet connections.

The Webinar will focus on what experts call the most ubiquitous device on Earth, the cell phone. The event’s featured speakers will discuss how so-called “social customers” – a new breed of more demanding consumers – are using the cell phone to impact business, and how business are using mobile CRM to impact customers.
 
The event, which will include a question-and-answer session, is the final installment in a three-part series called “New World CRM, Enterprise 2.0 and the Era of the Social Customer. The series looks at how businesses will forge relationships with customers who demand their own personal experience with a company.
 
Speakers include BPT Partners Chief Customer Officer Paul Greenberg and Martin Schneider, director of product marketing at SugarCRM. The Webinar will be hosted by Brendan B (News - Alert). Read, a senior contributing editor for TMCnet magazine “Customer Interaction Solutions.”
