A new brand initiative and visual identity for enhanced online CRM has been unveiled by XSell. XSell will be transformed from a cross-selling application to a sophisticated multi-channel interaction management platform by the re-branding. This perspective will also be communicated by XSell in the form of a new corporate name: Swyft Technology.
With the re-branding Swyft Technology has also come out with a new brand promise. Organizations of all sizes will be empowered by Swyft to create value from every customer interaction. This is applicable across any channel. Personalized guidance will be delivered to customers, employees or partners just in time. Swyft also enables organizations to leverage their existing customer systems and experience the quickest time to value as it is a true multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform.
In a release, Rob Lee, CEO of Swyft said, “We are passionate about collaborating with our customers to help them optimize customer interactions, deliver the best customer experiences and simultaneously create both competitive advantage and fierce brand loyalty. Corporate strategy is usually developed in the boardroom and executed in the field. We help make that execution smart, efficient and consistent across multiple arms of an organization including inside and outside sales, the Web, contact centers, point of sale kiosks and other customer interaction touch points.”
Lee added that the strategic needs and ambitions of the customers are clearly understood. The company is confident of generating greater global awareness of the company’s capabilities and expertise with the new corporate identity and message.
The launch of a new corporate website is the most apparent new visual identity. The products and service delivered by Swyft Technology will be described by the website. The organization’s history, leadership, customers and partners will also be highlighted. Customer experiences will be showcased. The website will serve as the central repository for valuable complimentary research. The official launch for Swyft’s newest product Swyft for Mobile will be served by the launch of the website.
In a release, Jenn Vonhagen, CMO, Swyft said, “Our new name reflects what we help our customers achieve. Using Swyft, our customers execute corporate strategies quickly, taking advantage of smarter interactions in real-time and creating consistent, proactive customer experiences.”
