PowerObjects Completes Online CRM Implementation for N'compass

Cloud computing is hot and an emerging new computing paradigm for delivering computing services. This computing approach relies on a number of existing technologies, e.g., the Internet, virtualization, grid computing, Web services, etc. Recently, PowerObjects, a provider of Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions, announced the successful completion of a cloud based CRM implementation for N’compass, a Minneapolis-based technology consulting company.


This CRM implementation has helped the N’compass to increase its organizational efficiency with greater operational visibility from a sales and marketing perspective as well as establish a flexible technology platform to build upon for future growth.

N’compass needed a more flexible and better integrated CRM system to help manage its sales and marketing efforts as well as a solution that would provide improved visibility into its business operations. The company was using NetSuite (News - Alert) CRM and struggled with the integration of solution with the company’s other business applications, creating productivity losses and inefficiencies in getting the real-time information they required.

N’compass looked for a more flexible and extensible CRM solution that could improve system integration, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen their sales and marketing efforts. After evaluating other customer relationship management solutions, the company chose PowerObjects to facilitate the implementation of hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Brian Bagley, director of Finance at N’compass said that the company is looking to get the solution implemented very quickly and knew that PowerObjects could do the job based on their overall experience and expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

He further commented that the company has gained full integration of our business management systems and now possess a single customer database that our sales, marketing and operational teams can access to retrieve and share information quickly and easily.

N’compass now has real time data visibility, which helps them generate reports needed quickly and easily. The new solution has increased organizational efficiency, greater operational visibility from a sales and marketing perspective, and provided a platform that they can build upon for future growth.
