Really Simple Systems and Kashflow announced a product and marketing partnership which will offer an integrated Web-based online CRM and accounting system to small and medium enterprises in the United Kingdom.
With this announcement comes the interconnection and interoperability of both products, as they are now linked in real-time for providing users with an integrated online CRM, marketing, sales and accounting system.
In addition, users of the Web-based online CRM system will be able to view data like the balance on a customer’s account, the date of the last invoice, the total sales value and the overdue balance. It is possible to add new customers to KashFlow from the CRM system with just one click.
The integrated solution enables sales personnel to immediately and securely view customer’s accounting data without leaving the online CRM system besides allowing generation of quotes and invoices into their accounting system without re-keying data. Complete visibility of a customer’s account can be obtained by selecting a link in Really Simple Systems as it provides detailed account information within the KashFlow system.
According to Duane Jackson, managing director of KashFlow, the ability to generate accounting transactions within the CRM system eliminates re-typing errors and speeds up the issuing of invoices and ultimately cash collection.
“By clicking straight through to KashFlow from Really Simple Systems, sales personnel will be able to resolve account issues in a more timely fashion, providing better customer service,” Jackson said.
One company that took quite a leap of faith with the product was Green Diesel Direct.
Adopting the combined CRM and accounting solution from Really Simple Systems and KashFlow, the company wound up with a much faster and more robust process.
“We can lock down the sales once they are in KashFlow and it greatly improves data integrity,” said Richard Noble, finance director, Green Diesel.
Really Simple Systems Simple Hosted CRM and KashFlow will be able to promote the partnership to their respective user bases. Many customers can select and benefit from each other’s products as the companies assure that there will be no charge to either existing or new users for the integration module.
According to John Paterson, CEO of Web-based CRM provider Really Simple Systems this opportunity offers both companies with a chance to expand and it also allows KashFlow’s clients to take advantage of a new online CRM service.
Really Simple Systems Simple Hosted CRM is most suitable for small and medium sized organizations with 5 to 200 employees. It provides a straightforward online CRM sales, marketing and support system. Also the hosted model suits companies with multiple locations and sales people who work from remote locations or from home.
