Intelestream Honored by Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine for Online CRM

Intelestream, Inc., the developer of intelecrm, the online CRM for small and medium sized businesses with a highly affordable pricing model for unlimited user, recently announced that the company has been presented by Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC (News - Alert)) Customer Interaction Solutions magazine with the 2009 Product of the Year Award. Customer Interaction Solutions magazine is a publication that covers CRM, call centers and teleservices.


Intelecrm offers small and medium sized businesses with enterprise level CRM functionality. The product was developed in 2008 by Intelestream (News - Alert).

The pricing for intelecrm sticks to a unique model where subscribers are charged depending on the quantity of records and data storage used, and not the number of users accessing the system. A “pay-for-what-you-need” approach has also been applied by Intelestream to intelecrm. Customers are billed only for the features and add-ons they need. Basic edition pricing for intelecrm (with unlimited users) starts at $20 per month.

intelecrm is designed as an economical, turn-key CRM solution. It can be customized according to individual requirements easily. To use the application, all that’s needed are an internet connection and a web browser.
