The iTel Mobile Dialer Express, which is known as the lightest VoIP dialer in the industry, also won the 2009 ‘Product of the Year’ by the publication.

The softphone or dialer application makes VoIP calls possible using a mobile phone connected to the Internet and is presently being offered by more than 1,200 service providers to their customers across 50 countries.
