In a bid to meet customer demand for new voice and video services in EMEA, NMS Communications and tele-apps have announced a strategic partnership to provide call center and telco subscriber applications throughout the region.
NMS Open Access and Vision products will be sold by tele-apps and will include services like IVR

, ringback tones.
“We’re leveraging our call center service creation expertise to deliver high-value video and voice services to key telcos and organizations in the Middle East,” said Ramaswamy Nagarajan, regional head of tele-apps Middle East.
“NMS platforms have the functionality, pedigree and ease of use to let us develop creative services quickly and effectively, that will help our customers better compete in their markets.”
As per the partnership, tele-apps will be using NMS Open Access media processing and signaling products as well as the NMS Vision media gateway

and signaling server solutions. The use of these offerings from NMS Communications will help them to develop value-added services like video short message service (SMS) and dialer systems for automated dialing.
