Vringo, Inc. has unveiled a preloaded Facetones offering on ZTE Corporation’s latest Android (News - Alert) mobile device, the Grand X. Currently, the Grand X devices are available only in the U.K., Turkey and select countries in Asia.
An innovative manner to access visually stimulating social content automatically every time a user makes or receives a phone call or text message is offered by Vringo's Facetones mobile application, which incorporates with Facebook (News - Alert). A few of ZTE’s Android mobile devices will apply Vringo's technology to offer a unique mobile social experience to the users as well.
Customers can access this service instantaneously while using their new devices.

According to Ao Wen, Deputy GM, Europe Handset Business at ZTE, consumers of the organization will be offered an exclusive and ground-breaking experience for the first time with Vringo's latest Facetones application. While a high-end experience for young, thrifty consumers is provided by the Grand X, a cool social call experience will be offered by Facetones.

The latest Worldwide Quarterly Mobile Phone (News - Alert) Tracker report from IDC has revealed that eight million smartphones have been shipped by ZTE in the second quarter of 2012. ZTE is now among the top five smartphone manufacturers across the world. ZTE has also retained its fourth position in terms of handset shipments.
