CNP Technologies Now a ShoreTel Alliance Partner to Promote Mobile Unified Communications

As mobility adoption continues to increase, the drive toward unifying communications across all platforms grows as well. ShoreTel (News - Alert) recognized the growing demand and recently partnered with CNP Technologies to provide mobile Unified Communications.
According to the press release, ShoreTel, a provider of simple cloud-based and premise business phone systems and communications solutions with fully integrated Unified Communications (News - Alert), has added CNP Technologies as a key alliance partner. With this agreement, CNP will provide mobile Unified Communications via cloud-based voice and contact center solutions.
A Unified Communications company, CNP Technologies also offers network integration and support, as well as managed and hosted services, for clients throughout the U.S. A ShoreTel Reseller, CNP is also a nine-time recipient of the company’s Circle of Excellence Award.
CNP focuses its efforts on implementing comprehensive solutions such as project management, network assessment, IP telephony, LAN/WAN implementation and continuous support.

This gives CNP the flexibility to offer our customers the solution that best fits their needs and environment, either the industry-leading ShoreTel premise-based UC solution or a high-quality hosted UC solution," said John Garrett, executive director of CNP Technologies, in the press release.
"CNP and ShoreTel's focus on delivering a quality experience for hosted UC sets us apart from the rest of the industry that has too often failed to deliver a level of service and reliability that meets ShoreTel's industry leading standards."
As one of the first resellers handling ShoreTel’s premise solution, CNP is now among the elite ShoreTel partners that have joined the cloud division channel program to support the growing demand for mobile Unified Communications, a move which has excited ShoreTel.
The fact that CNP consistently earns the ShoreTel Circle of Excellence Award – something only reserved for the top 10 ShoreTel partners throughout the world – demonstrates the value they will bring to the cloud division.
In fact, Bob Maute, vice president of channels and alliances for ShoreTel’s Cloud Division, suggests this addition will only further strengthen CNP’s ability to deliver the proper solutions that are uniquely aligned with the needs of the customer base.
According to Wes Clark, CNP Technologies’ executive director, ShoreTel provides the company with a unique cloud-based solution to meet the communication needs of the customer seeking a per seat subscription model. The extension of the CNP / ShoreTel partnership allows CNP customers to leverage technology across multiple locations and platforms, providing all users with access to the advanced features they truly need.
The demand for mobile Unified Communications is not expected to wane anytime soon as consumers and professionals alike want one platform and one user interface to support all interactions. Now, CNP will be better equipped to meet this demand and continue to grow its customer base.
