MobileMax, known for its mobile unified communication solutions, displayed it’s mobile PBX solution at Broadsoft Connections last week. At the conference, Perry Nalevka (News - Alert), VP of global business development at MobileMax, gave a presentation on further monetizing your VoIP platform.
Nalevka’s demonstration, given before an audience of over 600 spectators from around 250 carriers, focused on MobileMax’s (News - Alert) Unified Communication “UC” Suite. The UC Suite includes mobile VoIP, mobile UC call control and instant messages and presence; all imperative features for mobile PBX (News - Alert).
Specifically targeting Broadsoft customers, Nalevka further educated his audience on the advanced features the UC Suite has to offer including seamless integration with the Broadsoft UC platform, as well as enterprise integration. MobileMax’s UC Suite also offers an array of mobile presence options such as available or away messages, instant messaging, buddy list management and visual voice mail, allowing users to always be connected to their contacts and never miss a notification.
In addition to explaining MobileMax’s PBX solution, Nalevka also provided his audience with a relevant customer case study regarding Verizon (News - Alert) Global FMC. MobileMax recently announced that Verizon Business is leveraging the MobileMax Enterprise edition platform to help deliver their new Verizon Global Fixed Mobile Convergence (News - Alert) “FMC” solution to their enterprise customers.
Verizon FMC employs advanced handset software from MobileMax to determine cost-effective routing for mobile calls. Verizon Global FMC service launched in May 2010 in nine European countries, targeting enterprise customers and offering increased cost savings solutions and productivity for users.
The service provided by Verizon offers a single identity on all devices and cost saving on roaming and ILD calls. Similar to MobileMax’s unified communication suite, it offers the simplicity of business features on fixed and mobile phones as well as remote office phones.
