MobileMax is focused on more than just providing its customers with mobile PBX; it’s dedicated to helping make it easier for carriers to launch mobile unified communication solutions.
According to MobileMax (News - Alert), its unified communication application supports over 500 mobile phone models and allows enterprises to integrate mobile devices into their existing communication infrastructure and offer true PBX (News - Alert) mobility. IP/PBX providers and resellers can offer their customers business empowering features that reduce costs and improve productivity.
Today, when you download a mobile VoIP or unified communication application, a fair amount of configuring is required. However, with the MobileMax application, once the application is downloaded the user receives an SMS text or email with a code that they can enter into the application. Once the user does this, the application is configured over the air “OTA” and the application is ready to use.
MobileMax takes pride in the straight forward set up of its application that ensures that there are as few problems as possible for the user. Perry Nalevka (News - Alert), vice president of global business development at MobileMax said, “The most critical interaction with the user is the first one to 30 seconds after the download. If the user can’t get it to work or they don’t like it, they are gone.”
“Like most projects we go through requirements to customize and brand our clients for the carrier.
We then launch the applications on the respective app stores but we have a unique provisioning solution that makes getting the application working very simple for the user,” Nalevka added.
In a recent news, TMCnet explained how by implementing MobileMax’s software, enterprises can seamlessly integrate their in-office communications mediums into a unified mobile solution. The software application enables employees to have a single phone number, for both inbound and outbound calls, one voice mailbox and simultaneous ringing on both office and mobile phones.
