MobileMax Technologies Ltd., a mobile integration solutions developer, has reported that it has won more than $200,000 in an order from a telecom operator in an Arab country.
MobileMax (News - Alert), founded in 2004, develops and licenses Unified Communication “UC” solutions and Mobile Least Cost Routing “LCR” technology to service providers, carriers and IP/PBX (News - Alert) providers, which makes using advanced services cheaper and more efficient.
The deal will enable customers using MobileMax's solutions to operate a cellular phone using a VoIP infrastructure, helping to reduce costs, especially on international calls.
This is the latest in a long line of overseas orders won by MobileMax this year. Just two weeks ago, the company signed another deal with a foreign company adding to its list of current clients in Europe, Africa and Asia.
MobileMax CEO and co-founder Raanan Cohen said, "This order can be added to an agreement recently signed with Verizon (News - Alert), one of the world’s largest telecom companies and other agreements signed with leading telecom operators in Europe, Africa, and Oceania. We are working all the time to expand the circle of our customers and results are reflected in the large rate of orders. The recognition that our software products receive in new markets is the best testimony to our quality."
Since 2004, MobileMax has been working hard to make a name for itself in the world of mobile integration solutions. According to recent TMCnet news, the difficulty that many companies face is that their staff is often forced to utilize multiple devices and a myriad of applications to stay in contact with their customer base. In an effort to help simplify this process and minimize the expense that is associated with connectivity over multiple networks, MobileMax has introduced an enterprise edition of its Fixed Mobile Convergence (News - Alert) “FMC” solution, which allows companies to extend their real-time communication functionality to the mobile devices of their workforce.
