This new version of SecureDoc offers a number of new advantages including the ability to manage all devices via a convenient Web based, user friendly interface as well as support across multiple platforms and devices.

WinMagic offers customers support for desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones from a single management console. 

 The newly launched SecureDoc 6.1 is equipped with the capability to support Apple MAC FileVault2 and Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS and Android (News - Alert) devices. Additionally, an enhanced Web console has been added to further simplify IT administration, making it easier and more flexible for centralized control and management.

SecureDoc 6.1 features centralized management to enforce encryption and data security policies. It also includes File Vault 2 management that gives customers more flexibility.

WinMagic has included the SES Web Console that enable IT administrators convenient access to all SES settings via a Web browser such as Internet Explorer, Google (News - Alert) Chrome or Firefox.
