Info-Tech Research Group recently named BoxTone (News - Alert) as Champion in its Mobile Device Management Suites Vendor Landscape report. A major company offering computerized Enterprise Mobility Management, BoxTone has also won the Report’s overall Value Award.
Compared to other companies, BoxTone received the maximum Info-Tech Value Score.
"BoxTone's entry price for core MDM can't be beat, and modules can be added as greater capabilities are needed,” the report quoted. “Info-Tech recommends that when application management is key, consider BoxTone. In addition to solid basic MDM, BoxTone excels with unique mobile application development features. Organizations that rely on or are developing mobile applications should pay particular attention to BoxTone. Its cost is also very low if only core MDM is needed."
As per the criteria set by Info-Tech Research Group, organizations receiving maximum scores for majority of the assessment conditions are termed as Champions. These entities not only receive more than average scores for both the product and the vendor categories in the assessed group, but provide exceptional value.
With an attractive market presence, Champions are usually the organizations that guide the industry.
A vendor’s product offering and business strength was indexed by the Value Score in comparison to their price point. Compared to an average vendor, vendors with maximum Value Scores offered additional value-adds. BoxTone’s performance, with the maximum Value Scores, was used to index other vendors.
"BoxTone is proud to be listed as a Champion in Info-Tech Research Group's Mobile Device Management Suites Vendor Landscape, and for being named the Report's overall Value Award winner,” said Alan Snyder, CEO at BoxTone. “Taken together, these recognitions reflect BoxTone's unique ability to pair mobility management innovation with real value to benefit our customers."
Exceptional vendors in the technology marketplace are honored by the Vendor Landscape reports. Info-Tech Research Group Vendor Landscapes recognizes the role of brilliant vendors in a specific category by evaluating vendors on the basis of their offerings, and their approach for the enterprise.
A team of Info-Tech analysts developed the MDM Report in six weeks under the guidance of a senior subject matter expert.
