Amtel (News - Alert), Inc. recently entered a partnership agreement with Vita Group, an Australian-based lifestyle and electronics retailer. Vita Group will be the exclusive distributor of the mobile device management solution (MDM) from Amtel within Australian markets.

The partnership agreement stipulates that Vita Group will distribute Amtel's MDM solution based on considerations of security management. These include device configurations; detection of compromised devices; management of profiles; remote wipe and app management; expense management for tracking, managing and provisioning carrier expenses incurred for enterprise mobile devices and laying out mobile policies; the creation of alerts and delivery of reports to users based on corporate policies; lifecycle management, which includes workflow procurement; and updating inventory for easier provisioning of new devices to users.
