Mformation Enterprise Cloud Business Skyrocketed in 2011

Mformation Technologies Inc. (News - Alert)’s enterprise business division experienced exponential growth in 2011, the company announced. The rising popularity of bring-your-own-device or BYOD programs among employees along with the rise in the number of company-provided smartphones, helped grow Mformation’s enterprise cloud business by a stunning 1033% last year.
“As the mobile device and application management market has matured over the past 18 months, we have seen a movement within all enterprises — including large enterprise accounts — to adopt cloud-based, software-as-a-service/hosted models for the management of mobile devices accessing corporate networks, applications and data,” Todd DeLaughter, CEO, Mformation, said in a release. “We placed a bet that MSPs would be the best option to deliver this key managed mobility service to IT departments and that partnering with them would be the best way for us to scale as a business. That bet has paid off nicely,”
Ideal for private and public clouds, Mformation’s cloud-based mobile device management or MDM solution helps enterprises shield private data complete multi-tenancy features.
