Telecommunications service provider and reseller NBS (News - Alert) has added Ethernet over Copper (EoC) services of Transbeam (News - Alert) to its portfolio of voice and data offerings.

Transbeam is considered to be one of the fastest-growing network-based providers of carrier class Ethernet services. Recently, it expanded its EoC footprint to major cities in 11 states.

“Transbeam has been growing its EOC network and customer base for years and we see a tremendous opportunity for our services as the demand for affordable and reliable metro Ethernet services continues to increase,” said Marc Sellouk, founder and CEO of Transbeam.

NBS has inked resale partnership agreements, over the years, with a number of channel agents and dealers. The company has carrier agreements in place with more than 30 service providers. Company officials said that they are now offering access to EoC services from over 850 central office locations.

Transbeam has now been added to its list. The company believes that this newest addition will provide channel partners an “even greater degree of flexibility” in selecting the telecom solutions that best fit the specific requirements of their customers.
