New Edge Networks has announced that Telegration (News - Alert), a provider and reseller of business telecommunications services, has signed a master agent agreement to offer New Edge products and services via their network of Telegration representatives and independent agents.
This partnership with New Edge provides Telegration access to a fully managed nationwide multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) network and multiple last mile offerings including DSL, Cable, T1 and Ethernet.
Since many of Telegration’s customers have multiple locations, it becomes imperative for the company to partner with providers that can deliver “excellent, reliable service nationwide.”
The company said that New Edge Network can service 95 percent of business addresses in the U.S. with a product mix that can affordably satisfy the data requirements of offices of all sizes.
“I am excited to add New Edge Networks (News - Alert) to our product portfolio because it extends our reach around the country,” said Denis Raue, president at Telegration, adding that because New Edge Networks specializes in MPLS networks for customers with multi-location networks and provides Internet service nationwide, adding its products and services to the portfolio helps the company provide cost-effective services to customers with multiple and remote locations.
New Edge Networks provides managed IP-based based networks through a mix of private and public connections to deliver secure, managed network solutions. Connecting business sites at any address in the United States, New Edge allows businesses to select any blend of available access technologies -- from DSL and T1 lines to fiber-optic connections -- for building secure MPLS networks.
J.R. Cook, vice president of Agent Channel at New Edge, believes that this latest partnership will maximize the company’s growth potential in the Great Lakes Area where Telegration has always had a tremendous presence.
“Our Channel neutral philosophy will allow the Telegration partners to team up with our Account Executives to work together in providing their customers the right solution across New Edge's robust network,” Cook said.
Earlier this year in June, New Edge Networks announced master agent agreement with Datatel Solutions, an Integrated Communications Provider (ICP).
