According to an article featured on Channel Partners, Business Integration Services, Citadel Systems Inc. and Digital Planet Communications now have all joined the ranks of its master agents. It was only a few months ago back in May that Network Solutions Provider, Carrier Access Inc., Access Media 3 and MACH (News - Alert) 4 also inked master agent deals with the organization.

"The Geek Squad Partner Program continues to gain traction in the marketplace and these three solid additions are great demonstrations of this growth," Brian Hutto, vice president of Best Buy Services, said in a statement.

By teaming with the Geek Squad, the three companies will be enabling small to medium-sized business customers to gain access to an array of Geek Squad field services such as unlimited remote and online tech support in addition to PC, mobile, networking and infrastructure support services.

"Geek Squad is the only true national company that could offer a consistent experience for our customers regardless of where they are located," added Shawn Schmidt, president of Digital Planet Communications.
