With the goal of  continuing to enhance its customer base by offering the best advice, products, and rates available mixed with an ultra high level of reliability, Santa Ana- Calif.-based master agent Telcombrokers (News - Alert) Inc., has teamed with iVerecloud Inc., to enable its agents to sell multiple cloud services that are targeted directly at SMBs.


“The Cloudwrangler platform offered by Verecloud is a breakthrough solution that Telcombrokers is proud to offer to our agents and their customers," Nancy Ridge (News - Alert)  Telcombrokers' vice president, said in a statement. "Together we’ll make it easy for our agents to start having fun and success selling cloud."

Verecloud assists customers with its Tier 1 technical support, as well as has a variety of both pre- and post-sale employees that are ready to meet the varying needs of its indirect partners. A recent piece revealed that Verecloud employees will even join in on sales calls, virtually and in-person, to alleviate agents from being forced to come up with answer on the spot in regards to something they may be still being trained on.

John McCawley, CEO of Verecloud added, "We believe the combination of our two organizations creates a formidable partnership capable of providing a broad range of cloud services to the end customer."

In related master agent news, recently Telecombrokers authored a statement on its website as to why it believes companies should sign with a master agent when compared to a direct sales representative from a carrier.

The site stated, “Our agents have more experience than most direct sales reps and want to develop a long-term relationship with your company. We provide the benefit of our experience and unbiased information. A direct rep is paid one time to sign your account then moves on to the next company. Carriers have high turnover in this position. If your rep is still there six months after you sign up they will have no incentive to work with you. As agents we are paid a residual on your account over time, not an upfront payment like a direct rep. We will be there for the long term.”

Another master agent definitely “there for the long term” is Telarus.
