Recently, cloud-services master agent Terrapin (News - Alert) Solutions dramatically enhanced its platform through seamlessly integrating TopLine Results' hosted CRM platforms.
Being known for its Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM, Sage ACT! and Sage SalesLogix with customized hosting packages,Topline will assist the master agent in being able offer a much wider array of SaaS (News - Alert) solutions which will drive sales and rapidly streamline marketing and customer service processes.
“Our biggest frustration to date with other CRM solutions has been the expectation put on businesses that they must become expert in customizing and deploying their own CRM platform," said Andrew Pryfogle, president and CEO of Terrapin Solutions and chairman of Cloud Services Coalition in a statement to Channel Partners Online.
When trying to develop a CRM platform, its takes a large amount of time and resources that Terrapin simply doesn’t have at this time. However, with this strategic partnership the company will able to focus its efforts on running its business.

TopLine’s model is perfect for our customers as they specialize in custom-building CRM solutions and providing the ongoing support and management of those platforms – exactly what our customers need," Pryfogle added.
Back in December, TMCnet reported that Terrapin Solutions had inked a partnership with Pac-West (News - Alert) Telecomm, a company that works alongside carriers and service providers, to allow Terrapin’s 1,400 nationwide agents to gain access to the Telastic white-label hosted IP/PBX service.
In order to power Telastic’s highly flexibly VoIP and PBX feature set for white-label hosted IP/PBX and residential VoIP offerings, the master agent will utilize Telastic’s optimized communication solutions.
