Today, fiber services provider Sidera Networks (News - Alert) revealed that it has will begin to work with Interactive Telecom Solutions (ITS). ITS will serve as the company’s newest master agent.

Headquartered in Paramus, N.J., ITS caters to enterprises who require high-capacity, low-latency bandwidth within the finance, healthcare and higher education industries, a recent article revealed. In fact, these verticals are the same divisions that Sidera Networks works closely with, making this master agent the ideal match.

“Sidera Networks is a natural choice for ITS to work with," said Keith Muller, CEO of ITS. “Sidera has the network solutions, the underlying infrastructure, the support, and capabilities that our clients seek."

Initially forming its channel program last year, Sidera made this strategic move after changing its name from the RCN (News - Alert) Metro business.

In other master agent news, Telecom Brokerage, Inc. (TBI), a well known master agent, has promoted Jim Jacob into the role of PartneriQ product specialist. Jacob will now be responsible for managing all service and sales-related questions that have to do with TBI’s customer management product.  

PartneriQ is an innovative customer management tool that enables partners to manage their customers through an expense management platform that boasts customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.

Before taking on this new position, Jacob was part of the master agent’s vendor specialist team where he provided pre-sales support and quoting for many of TBI’s nationwide partner . As PartneriQ product specialist, Jacob will work closely with TBI’s growing wireless division.
