PGi, a provider of virtual meetings, announced an expansion of its strategic partnership with Intelisys, a master agent distributor of business communications services, to include iMeet and GlobalMeet.
The expanded agreement enables Intelisys to sell PGi’s suite of virtual meetings solutions that are comprised of iMeet and GlobalMeet to its more than 350 master agents.
The PGi Partner Channel is an important part of PGi's global business, as the team is heavily focused upon building strategic partnerships with companies like Intelisys to resell and use its suite of meeting technologies. PGi will also leverage master agent partnerships that Intelisys possesses to further expand their business.
“Intelisys has been a valued partner to PGi for several years, and it is one of the most respected brands in the channel,” said Ralph Hawkins, senior vice president, PGi Partner Channel, in a statement. “Identifying the next generation of collaboration technologies propelled Intelisys to deepen our existing relationship and bring iMeet and GlobalMeet to their base of sales partners.”
Recently, PGi announced the general availability of GlobalMeet, an innovative, all new solution that offers businesses simpler, more intuitive Web conferencing at an affordable price. GlobalMeet is designed to fix traditional Web conferencing services. Seamlessly integrating traditional audio and Web conferencing into one complete solution, GlobalMeet works without software downloads for meeting guests.
Giving users their own personal video meeting rooms online, PGi’s iMeet can be executed without the hassle of software download, hardware investments or IT support.
“Using group video technologies like iMeet to host our team meetings strengthens connections and improves business productivity, which is why we want to offer iMeet to our agent base,” said Dana Topping, co-owner of Intelisys. “We also believe that with its market-leading pricing, GlobalMeet is an ideal solution for small businesses looking for a powerful, yet affordable audio and Web meeting product.”
Intelisys’ master agent services focus exclusively on supporting the channel's top-producing sales agents. The company specializes in providing a broad suite of telecom value-based solutions to ensure the top-producing agent's success.
