MegaPath Expands Master Agent Benefits with a New Premier Support Program

MegaPath (News - Alert), a provider of managed data, voice, and security services in North America and a preferred carrier of master agent TBI, has launched a Premier Support Program to expand the master agent benefits.


The new program includes a dedicated Premier Account Service Manager for post-sales support for all orders. It provides partners with a dedicated sales, support, and billing team to help them efficiently navigate sales and services-related activities.

The program delivers increased value not only to its master agent partners, but also to their sub-agents and partners.

“While other companies may force partners to compete against their direct sales channel, MegaPath is making it easier for our master agents to sell our solutions by delivering services to assist them through the sales and support lifecycles,” said Dan Foster (News - Alert), president of business markets, MegaPath, in a statement.

Foster added that MegaPath’s new Premier Support Program helps streamline communication channels for their partners, so it can quickly respond to their needs and continue growing the relationships between the company and its master agent partners.

MegaPath’s master agents will also now have access to a Premier Accounts Team to serve as the primary contact for customer service and operational issues – including managing and tracking orders, managing escalations, and auditing monthly bills for accuracy, company officials said.

“We are pleased with the addition of MegaPath’s Premier Support Program and the advances made to the company’s support structure,” said Lauren Shapiro, vice president of operations, Planet One Communications (News - Alert), in a statement.

“By providing partners with direct access to sales and support personnel, MegaPath is demonstrating its commitment to strengthening relationships with partners and helping them succeed,” Shapiro added.

The Channel Partner Program  includes more than 4,500 referral partners and master agent customers across the United States.

In July, MegaPath announced the launch of brand new promotional deals for customers that are guaranteed to increase sales rates over the next few scorching summer months. The new offers include a new hosted voice offer, a free month of MPLS VPN service with no start-up costs, and a price match guarantee.
