Telcentris, a provider of cloud communications and the creator of VoxOx, and World Telecom Group (News - Alert) (WTG), a large master agent in the United States, have just inked a collaborative agreement.
The agreement will enable WTG to offer Telcentris' VoxOx (News - Alert) In Business product suite to over 2,000 sub-agents around the country, which will add multiple features to the agency's suite of telephony solutions including Hosted Contact Center, SIP Trunking, Hosted PBX (News - Alert), and carrier services, such as wholesale voice, SMS and white label reseller packages. In addition, WTG will also help Telcentris with its cellular and wireless data solutions that are needed to update their already impressive portfolio of products, a press release revealed.
"WTG prides itself on the diversity of its offerings, and Telcentris' (News - Alert) holistic and differentiated approach is very well aligned with what we look for in a provider partner," said Vince Bradley, CEO of World Telecom Group in a statement. "Not only does the VoxOx In Business suite present a broad, competitively-priced telephony portfolio, it also offers options not widely available to the channel community, such as the hosted contact center solution and white label reseller product line."
"We are thrilled to join forces with WTG, one of the largest and most-respected telecom master agencies in our industry," said Bryan Hertz, CEO of Telcentris. "We look forward to a strong partnership that benefits both our end-customers and the channel community at large."
