Terrapin Solutions, which designs cloud solutions for businesses based on technologies from cloud telephony, cloud computing and managed services, announced it is partnering with Pac-West Telecomm, a provider of communications infrastructure services, to make the Telastic white-label hosted IP/PBX service available to Terrapin’s (News - Alert) more than 1,400 nationwide agents.
The Telastic hosted IP/PBX solution isthe flagship of the Telastic Turnkey Application environment and a cornerstone of Pac-West’s Telastic carrier enablement solution set, company officials said.
Telastic hosted IP/PBX (News - Alert) solution features a pay-as-you go pricing model that requires no up-front capital expenditures, allowing businesses to escape the economic barriers that have traditionally plagued the industry, they added.
Known as a provider of cloud master agent services, Terrapin Solutions will leverage Telastic’s optimized communications cloud environment to provide Telastic’s scalable and comprehensive packaged VoIP and PBX feature set for white-label hosted IP/PBX and residential VoIP offerings.
“We pride ourselves on being the experts in Cloud services, especially Hosted VoIP. Many of our partners were coming to us in search of a world-class white label Hosted VoIP platform,” said Andrew Pryfogle, president and CEO of Terrapin Solutions, in a statement.
Pryfogle added that Telastic offered them a carrier-grade solution that leverages Pac-West’s (News - Alert) trusted core services with an unbeatable economic model that allows partners to pay as they grow.
The solution also includes a complete set of innovative IP/PBX features, flexible partitioning of domains for wholesale and retail customers, Web portals for all system user levels and multi-tiered rating and billing.

Back in September, The Planet (News - Alert), a provider of on-demand IT Infrastructure solutions added Terrapin Solutions as their newest Charter Referral Partner to join the select portfolio of top-tier referral agents within the Partner Plus program, TMCnet reported.
